At She Dares Nails, we want you to love your nails. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges according to the policy below.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Customers must contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Please contact us via email or message us first, and our team will provide the return instructions and address.

Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

Customer Preference / Change of Mind:

If you would like to return or exchange an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

The original shipping fee and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item due to an error on our side, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.

In these cases, She Dares Nails will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom-made or personalized nail sets may not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue.
